Harbour Court B is the second apartment in this renovation and again
occupies an excellent position close to the Hoe where the waterfront is only a matter
of a few minutes stroll away. Situated on the edge of Plymouth's
famous Barbican area with its cobbled streets lined with quaint
shops, cafes and bars. The city centre is just a five minute
walk in the opposite direction.
The apartment's renovation has resulted in a modern and
luxurious feel throughout where attention to detail and good
quality furnishings combine to make this apartment feel like
a real home from home. It will accommodate up to five people
comfortably plus an infant in the travel cot provided. Harbour
Court B is the slightly larger of the two apartments and has
its own small courtyard with garden furniture. It also has 2 bathrooms so please take a look around with our

The Living Room
The living room is spacious and comfortably seats 5 people.
Attention to detail really shows in this apartment with its centrepiece a beautiful ornate stone fireplace. It is fully equipped with a wide screen tv, Hi-Fi system and a DVD player along with Freeview tv, as well as the recent addtion of FREE Wi-Fi. This room has a sofa bed which will comfortably sleep one adult.
The Kitchen/Dining Room
This large Maple style kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer, full size dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and a microwave. All other appliances you would expect from an apartment of this size and quality are there including a 4 ring gas hob and full oven.
The Shower Room
The shower room is tiled from floor to ceiling and includes a sink
and low level wc. It has a luxury corner shower cubicle with multi
directional jets and a heated towel radiator.
The Main Bathroom
This room has a really spacious feel to it with its fully tiled walls, stylish white bath, inset sink and low level WC which is housed in beautiful maple style furniture complete with mirror, shaver point and heated towel radiator.
Master Bedroom
Fully furnished again with beech style furniture with ample
room for your clothing and a beautiful ornate king-size bedstead
with luxury mattress. The master bedroom also has access to
the patio area which is an ideal place to relax after a long
day sightseeing.
The Twin Room
This twin bedroom consists of two single metal bedsteads again with the beech styling,
a single chest of drawers and built in wardrobe providing ample storage space.
Parking
This property has off street parking for 1 car free of charge which
is directly accessible from the rear of the apartment.
